4. Prices and Payment

All prices are net and subject to the applicable statutory value added tax. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.

5. Retention of title

Delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Defects must be reported in writing without delay.

7. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

8. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, provided it is legally permissible.

9. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
