All prices are net prices plus applicable VAT. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within 14 days of invoicing without deductions.

Delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Defects must be reported immediately in writing.

7. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

8. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, if legally permissible.
