For over 30 years, Angelian Fassaden- & Metalltechnik GmbH has stood for technically sophisticated solutions in the field of metal and facade construction.

We specialize in the renovation of listed buildings as well as custom facade constructions for public and private clients.


With an interdisciplinary team of planners, metalworkers and engineers, we accompany projects from the initial measurements to the final assembly – precisely, in accordance with the heritage conservation principles and functionally.

Thanks to our own production using CNC technology, prototyping and structural planning, we create solutions that are precisely tailored to the respective building.

Our work process

The investigation

Our team, consisting of facade planners, engineers, architects, technicians, and master metalworkers, specializes in the assessment and documentation of damaged facades as well as the analysis of technically outdated facades. Our years of experience enable us to accurately assess the current condition of the facades and subsequently develop a new facade plan in accordance with applicable technical standards.

The new planning

After identifying and analyzing the results from the previous step, our team works closely with structural engineers and architects to develop a new façade solution that meets the desired and required criteria. We prepare the necessary design and technical drawings and, if necessary, structural calculations.

The modeling and the test element

For optimal implementation, we consider modeling a facade section to be almost essential, especially for larger projects. Modeling has proven extremely valuable in our projects, such as the renovation of the glass domes of the two City Hall pavilions and the renovation of the glass dome of the Museum of Hamburg History. The detailed representation allowed us to optimize smaller details and enable better client involvement during the planning process, contributing to more efficient project implementation.

The calculation

In addition to the planning aspects, we also prepare detailed calculations based on the desired services. This includes preparing offers for tendered projects based on specifications, as well as processing direct customer inquiries, regardless of project size, for both large and small services.

The implementation

Through close coordination and direct involvement in the planning process from the very beginning, our assembly team is optimally prepared for the construction process. Our team is comprised of experienced and trained specialists who are proficient in operating CNC machines for precise component production and also carry out professional on-site assembly.

The completion

Our company always strives to create a high-quality overall product. We make no compromises on quality, regardless of the size of the project. This high level of quality can only be achieved if all of the aforementioned points are precisely adhered to. Only then can the process lead to a convincing end result, both visually and in the printed documentation.

Support, maintenance and service

To ensure the longevity and attractive appearance of your finished facade, we strongly recommend regular maintenance and inspection. Through continuous care and monitoring, we have often been able to identify and quickly address potential signs of wear, damage, or soiling. This helps preserve the functionality of the facade, maintains its appearance, and avoids unexpected repair costs.
